1. Program Overview
By opting in to the PlateLabs SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from PlateLabs LLC regarding your nameplate order. These are transactional messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
2. Message Types & Frequency
You may receive the following types of messages:
- Order Confirmation: A text confirming we received your order
- Proof Ready: Notification that your engraving proof is ready for review and approval
- Production Update: Notification when your plate enters production after proof approval
- Shipping Notification: Tracking information when your order ships
- Delivery Confirmation: Confirmation when your order has been delivered
Estimated Frequency: 2–5 messages per order. Message frequency varies depending on your order and any proof revision requests.
3. Consent
By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our order form and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from PlateLabs LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete your order without opting in to text messages — all essential communications will also be sent via email.
4. Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message from PlateLabs at any time. You may also text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT.
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out of SMS will not affect email communications or your order.

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. PlateLabs does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability.
8. Privacy & Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS program with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Messaging Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
